This bulk plant facility was built in 2010. We had been servicing the Evergreen and Idaho Springs area since the mid-90’s, but we had been doing it from Brighton, so we were excited to add this local storage. We purchased this property through an individual that had called for propane, in response to one of our flyers. When he heard we delivered all the way from Brighton, he told us about a small, local piece of property that he had available. We jumped on the opportunity. We had our plans approved and were delivering propane from our new facility that same year. This storage facility services I-70, Evergreen & South to 285
