We built this bulk plant facility in 2010. This is a 5-acre piece of land that we stole from Dad. He bought this after he retired to keep himself busy. The property started with not much on it. We kept bringing in more equipment and adding tanks. When we started building buildings, Dad gave up and let us take over the whole property. We keep adding extra storage tanks to increase our storage capacity in case there’s an industry-wide shortage.
